Vouchers Terms

  • Please note that vouchers are non-refundable, but may be used for treatments or products of equal value, please ask for details.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue unless purchased for a specific promotion. Deadlines will be strictly adhered to.
  • Vouchers bought for Xmas will be valid from the 25th of December.
  • Once appointments are made, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or 50% of the voucher value will be charged. No shows will be charged the full treatment voucher value.
  • No change can be given back on gift vouchers. Any remaining value on the voucher can be put towards another treatment.
  • Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
