BROWS FAQs
Patch Testing MUST be carried out 48hrs prior to your HD Brow, Pre-Lightening, Brow Sculpt, Henna treatment or any tinting treatment. Without this the treatment can not take place.
We do have continents home patch test kits available for tint testing but please not these only test for sensitivity to PPD (found in tints) In-house skin tests use the actual tint products.
If you have had a reaction previously to tint or other brow treatments please contact the salon prior to booking.
I use a topical adrenalin as well as a pre-numbing cream on the brow area so you are very comfortable during the treatment. During the consultation I will prescribe and order these Prescription Only Medications so each clients receives their own prescription for the microblading. Adrenalin is a very safe anaesthetic and gives superior microblading results too.

As a Master Brow Stylist I have extensive knowledge on brow shaping and colour matching to get the very best brow shape that will be the most suited for you.
I am a member of the Association of Registered Aestheticians, First Aid qualified and also have advanced Microblading qualifications which includes infection control and licensed by the local authority. I keep the Microblading treatment separate from regular treatments to maintain the high level of cleanliness needed for this treatment. Strict patch tests will always be carried out prior and tools are single use and will be disposed of following legislative requirements.
The first Step is a consultation where discuss your brows along with giving the full details of the treatment and also check that there is nothing medically that would prevent you having the microblading done.
The next appointment is carried out a maximum of 7 days prior to the first microblading treatment, In this appointment we carry out a more in-depth consultation so I can order the prescription only anaesthetic which we will use in the microblading. We will also do the patch tests required along with a brow prep treatment so the natural brows are all shaped and prepped for the microblaidng. We also finish this appointment with some brow makeup to give you an idea of how the brows will look after the microblading.
Within a week of the prep appointment we then do the actual Epibrow Microblading treatment. During this appointment we will be creating your bespoke brows and will also cover aftercare and the healing process.
After the initial Epibrow microblading the colour can fade significantly so 4-6 weeks later we do a top up appointment which is crucial in embedding the pigment so you get the best colour for longer.
If any additional microblading appointments are required then there would be am additional fee.
Not everyone is suitable for the Epibrow treatment, pregnancy, breastfeeding, conjunctivitis, pace-maker, skin infection/disease, recent scar tissue, chemotherapy are just some of the contraindications to this treatment. Please call the salon if you have any medical issues and we can discuss the suitability of the treatment.
The length of time depends on the individual. Each person’s skin holds on to the pigment differently. On average we suggest getting the brows refreshed about every 12 months.
Epibrows are a hand held method rather than a digital machine. The very fine needles use in an Epibrow treatment plant the pigment more superficially in the Epidermis which creates the crisp 3d natural looking hair strokes. Traditional semi-permanent makeup is tattooed much deeper into the Dermis and is prone to blurring over time. Both methods do need refreshed.
Our Price Only £280. This included a consultation, brow prep and patch test appointment, Epibrow microblading appointment and microblading top up appointment. It also includes your prescription only anaesthetics which will be used in the microblading treatments. If any additional microblading appointments are required there would be an additional charge. You can contact Susan Online to see if you are suitable for Epibrow. If you would like to know more about the treatment you can read here.
